Gateway Metro Center is a high image, 11-story high rise office building containing approximately 121,462 square feet on 3.5 acres of land in a premium location in the Pasadena area of Los Angeles.

This first class office building is located on Foothill Boulevard in Pasadena, a major east-west thoroughfare, adjacent to the Interstate 210. It is the only high rise on Foothill and one of the tallest in the city of Pasadena. The building has been extensively upgraded and completely renovated.
